Call Center Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle and follow up the customer complaint by phone
  • Maintain good relationship with customer data based especially priority member

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willing to work in shift time and on public holiday
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Puri Kencana - Kembangan Jakarta Barat
